The 5th of November 2009..
For the first season of the International Darts Tour of the Lowlands there is an extra prize fund of € 6.800. The total prize money will be divided over the 8 best men and 8 best women of this years IDToL rankings.
The presentation of the prize money for the winners of the first edition will be done at the Zuiderduin Masters stage on Friday the 11th of December.
All the prize winners will be informed as soon as possible.
The winners receive:

3: € 700,= € 250,=

5: € 300,= € 125,=
6: € 300,= € 125,=
7: € 300,= € 125,=

If at the end of a ranking season players end at equal places the prize money will be adjusted. For the new season starts with the Flandres Open and ends in 2010 with the Tops of Holland the prizefund is € 10.000,= and you can see under de button Ranking what a player can win.

The first ranking season of the Int Darts Tour of the Lowlands ended with the Tops of Holland. We send our congratulations to Steve West and Carla Molema who became the first ranking champions.
With the first place Carla Molema also enters the Zuiderduin Masters. Steve West is already invited by his position on the Zuiderduin Masters rankings. Also Robert Wagner and Ian White entered the Zuiderduin Masters thanks to their position on the IDToL rankings. The became joined 3rd together with Alan Norris who plays in Egmond aan Zee as well.
The Flandres Open is the first event in the new IDToL rankings for 2009 -

Closing date to enter the Tops of Holland is now Sunday the 18th of October. The new organization has decided to do so due to the late start of this last event in the IDToL ranking of this season.

After the Tops of Holland the first season of the Int Darts Tour of the Lowlands rankings has ended. We will know who receives a wildcard for this Year Zuiderduin Masters and after that we start al over again.
The second Year with all the six events of the IDToL in the rankings and so the
prize fund for the second edition of our rankings will be 10.000 EURO. ( At the end

The Flandres Open is the first event of the new rankings season and for this event the entries are open. To participatie the IDToL rankings from the start can make the difference , because the more IDToL events you play the more bonus points you get.
When you play at least 3 IDToL events in a rankings season your bonus will be 3 extra points. For more information see the button Ranking

Tops of Holland organized by the Dutch Darts Bond (N.D.B.)
Due to several technical problems the Dutch Darts Bond has decided to take over the organization of the Tops of Holland.
The last event in the first International Darts Tour of the Lowlands season will be played on the 24th and 25th of October.
Not in Steenwijk but in Sport en Evenementen Complex de Heiberg in Veldhoven. Close to hotel the Koningshof known from the Dutch Open.

Three events have been played, and named as great events by players and spectators. Now the fourth and last events is this Years rankings is upcoming. The Tops of Holland at Steenwijk the Netherlands completes the Intern. Darts Tour of the Lowlands rankings for this season.
The 25th of October we know which players receive a wildcard for the Zuiderduin Masters and extra prize money out of prizefund of total € 6.800.

All events are WDF and BDO ranked and also ranked for the International Darts Tour of the Lowlands rankings.

Six new events in Holland and Belgium WDF and BDO ranked

Due to the help of the Dutch Darts Bond (NDB) the Belgium Dart Bond (BDB) and support of the promotors of the Zuiderduin Masters, we are proud to announce that as well as the British Darts Organisation as the World Darts Federation add the six events of the International Darts Tour of the Lowlands to their ranking systems.
Beside these two rankings an extra ranking is announced, the International Darts Tour of the Lowlands ranking with extra prize money and wildcards for the Zuiderduin Masters.The Dutch events will be played under supervision of the NDB, for the Belgium events this will be the BDB.
Also the winner of each event (woman and man and youth players) is allowed to play at the Winmau World Masters in England and Lakeside play off ( only for the men and women).

International Darts Tour of the Lowlands explained
The promotors of some well known darts events in Belgium and Holland founded the International Darts Tour of the Lowlands to make their events more attractive for the players.
The promotors of these six events wanted recognition by WDF and BDO recognized and wanted these events added to the rankings sytems, plus, at the same time, to start a new ranking with extra prize money and wildcards for a major event in Holland, the Zuiderduin Masters.
At this moment all the negotiations are still going, and nothing has been confirmed so far.To be informed visited the website frequently.
